2. Yes, they are the main tools to achieve goals particularly in students, firms, industry and any societal workshop. They are the fundamental aspect which directly changed the world into convention modernization. So as a mean of technology, they are evenly used in every corner of society. They used to communicate with other subject with its systematic approach, it helps to provide efficient and effective way of communicating and learning of humanity. They are ones who accounts every person to achieve their desires, especially in field of firms where ICT is a main tool who administer there patronization of their products neither services. In realm of school it jazzed up the learning of students to be more interesting and effective especially in handling huge ratio of students. Especially in pandemic time, where the distance learning and mode of technological education helps the teachers and students to access teaching materials all across the globe for a virtual class either a platform for class learning as a school continuity. And in any societal work job, ICT is the main and fundamental way to established rationally about their information and services successfully. In conclusion, ICT learnings and equipments are the main tools to be used in achieving higher and appreciative goals.
3. After going through the lessons and visiting the online sites, ICT are currently been used in empowering the students in publicizing their voices especially in making a social movement for a social change. It helps the students to publish their work of ideology during the pandemic time using the respective sites and platforms in mobilizing the netizen to take their sides of action. After going through the said topic, it helps me also to make an ideas and venues to publish my work in online system and send it back to the teacher for grading purposes. Upon having all that, I strongly agree with the lessons rolling through the ICT as an empowerment tool. Because throughout these lessons it enables me to be exposed with the online platforms and multimedia in expressing thoughts about the given subject. It enables every student to published their work through the known platforms and sites for in case in societal needs and either grading purposes. Indeed it’s either been used for educational purposes like distance learning, e-learning and virtual class learning for students’ learning. So after learning all the context of lessons, I’ve been known to the beneficial platforms and sites to myself and so for my educational continuity that enables me to be inclined through to the toughest time.

My recommendations regarding with the ICT utilization in the country is that they should have the obedience of terms and uses of certain ICT platform and online interfaces that they may have been used. They must follow the right way on utilizing it particularly in publishing their works and experiencing the features of said subjects. The user itself must follow the proper etiquettes and rules of any websites and to any particular online systems, they should have be mindful in posting and commenting terms of a said platforms in order to avoid invalidating someone feelings or terms to be defined as bully in such indulging technologies. People who are using the technologies of ICT across the globe must know how to moderately used the said modern system in disregarding the implication of negativities. People must know how to balance and limit their time in exposing themselves in using technologies.
Some people in social-media and sites are tackless and out of self-control, they often invalidates their foe image but it is such a product of disadvantages. Having said that, people should adapt the proper way of conditions in entering the worldware for a friendly and effective manner of socializing or either informing. In general rule, in order for us to avoid unnecessary things from using ICT we should follow the right and proper way in how to use it in optimal way without affecting ones feelings in furtherance of publicizing the literary piece. We should mobilize everybody to partakes their actions through posting social media about the importance of proper usages of technology. Through this way, it enables to have effective, vivid and efficient way of communicating and interacting.
